PPTX needs Pandoc 3.x. PDF slides also need XeLaTeX, Beamer, and supporting LaTeX packages. Install the supplied **Inter** desktop fonts first; code uses separately available **DejaVu Sans Mono**. Web font CSS does not install desktop fonts. ## Narrative and brand IVR Cloud helps businesses configure telephone menus, route calls, manage contacts/campaigns, and review call history/voicemail. Introduce IVR Cloud with uppercase IVR. Use precise, calm language and sentence-case headings. Match the requested locale; preserve Romanian diacritics. State the audience's decision and use supplied evidence. Invent no integrations, customer stories, metrics, pricing, certifications, or uptime. Label illustrative flows and records. **Publication is separate from deployment:** an immutable version is not necessarily the version active on a phone route. Give each slide one point and a title that states it. Put detail and caveats in speaker notes. A decision deck may move from recommendation to evidence, tradeoffs, action, and open questions; use the sequence the actual task needs. ## Slide system The reference is 16:9. Forest #1F7558 cover slides carry white text; Canvas #FBFCFA content slides use Ink #14231F with Forest headings. Inter is used throughout: 32pt cover/section title, 26pt content heading, 20pt body including nested text, 16pt cover support, and 9pt footer. Shorten or split slides before reducing the body size. Use about 3–5 concise bullets as a drafting starting point, then inspect the actual layout. Keep diagrams directly labeled, tables sparse, and screenshots cropped to the feature that matters. A web control's 12–14px text is not suitable for presentation body text. ## Resources Links are absolute so this skill works as a single supplied file. Resources use the fixed https://brand.ivr.ro/ address, independently of local preview settings. Download only needed files; a toolkit ZIP is not required. Title metadata creates the cover. Speaker notes use `::: notes`. Use two `column` divs inside `columns` for a balanced comparison. Markdown structure determines Pandoc's layout selection; arbitrary written layout names do not. Use source-relative PNG/JPEG images with alternative text and useful captions. Export Mermaid/interactive charts to static artwork before conversion. Native editable charts or shapes are not produced by writing their names in Markdown. Keep essential facts on slides, since audience PDFs do not include presenter notes. ## Generate PPTX Download the reference as `ivr-presentation-reference.pptx` beside `deck.md`, or use a local reference path: ```sh pandoc "deck.md" --from=markdown --standalone --slide-level=2 \ --reference-doc="ivr-presentation-reference.pptx" --resource-path=. \ --output="ivr-deck.pptx" ``` Customize with PowerPoint Slide Master, preserving Pandoc's expected layout names and placeholders. Keep Inter fonts and the existing content bounds. Do not add an unconditional Confidential label. ## Generate PDF slides directly Install XeLaTeX/Beamer from TeX Live, MiKTeX, or MacTeX within the user's authorization. Typical Debian/Ubuntu packages: `texlive-xetex`, `texlive-latex-extra`, `texlive-pictures`, and `texlive-fonts-recommended`. Check the local tools rather than claiming an installation exists. It is independent of the PPTX reference. Neither conversion requires LibreOffice, Python, Node.js, or a helper script. ## Inspect and deliver Inspect every slide for clipping, wrapping, font substitution, diagram/table readability, contrast, source claims, and footer placement. Check speaker notes in PPTX and inspect a cover, section slide, columns, table, and final action. PDF and PowerPoint layouts must be inspected independently; successful conversion does not prove that slides fit. Deliver requested PPTX/PDF and useful source Markdown/images. Report unavailable Microsoft PowerPoint validation separately from native package/PDF checks. If tools/fonts are missing, provide usable Markdown and name the missing prerequisite.
