This skill contains the shared identity; another skill or a complete toolkit download is not required. ## Product and language IVR Cloud helps businesses configure telephone menus, route calls, manage contacts and campaigns, and review call history and voicemail. The current Rails app supports schedules, immutable published IVR revisions, phone-route deployments, and rollback to earlier ready deployments. Introduce **IVR Cloud** with IVR uppercase. Character: capable, approachable, precise, calm. “Every connection, considered.” is proposed toolkit language. The current Romanian homepage line is “Fiecare apel ajunge unde trebuie.” Pair marketing headlines with a concrete explanation of the product. The public homepage is Romanian; current account screens are English. Follow the target surface's locale, use Romanian diacritics, and translate complete workflows together. Try again. | **Publication is separate from deployment.** Publishing alone does not establish that live callers use the new version. A deployment/activation success message must reflect confirmed application state. Name the affected endpoint, number, and version when discussing deployment or rollback. Use sentence case, familiar verbs, precise nouns, and short explanations of consequences. Describe preserved work or available recovery only when verified. Distinguish facts, proposed improvements, and fictional examples. ## Logo Use the supplied outlined lockup at first introduction; use the branching symbol in recognized compact contexts. Minimum lockup width: **146px**. Minimum symbol size: **16px**, checked at actual size. Clear space: at least one quarter of the symbol's height on every side. Use primary artwork on light backgrounds, reversed artwork on Ink/dark backgrounds, and mono artwork for single-ink use. Preserve proportions. Do not redraw, rotate, recolor individual parts, add effects, or give routing dots operational meanings. Linked logos need a destination name; decorative repeats may have empty alternative text. ## Color Keep most surfaces neutral. Forest leads actions and navigation; Mint is a supporting fill. Fixed identity artwork retains its colors. Supporting text is slightly darker than the supplied kit's #66736D to clear 4.5:1 on Mint. ## Type, layout, and formats Use **Inter** at weights 400, 500, 600, 700, or 800. The supplied files have no italic face. Use weight and hierarchy for emphasis. Use a system monospace for web identifiers and DejaVu Sans Mono when a document renderer needs a named installed family. Use tabular numerals for comparable data. - Web: reading text 16–18px; UI 14px; helper/metadata 12px; page titles 32–40px; marketing titles 40–68px. - Documents: 28pt title, 12pt subtitle, 16/13/11pt headings, 11pt body, 9pt captions. A4, 1-inch margins. - Slides: 16:9; 32pt cover/section title, 26pt content heading, 20pt body, 16pt cover support, 9pt footer. Split dense slides before reducing text. - Spacing: 4/8/12/16/24/32/48/64/80/96px. Corners: 8px controls, 12px cards, 18px large previews. Content width 1160px; gutters 16px mobile, 32px desktop. Favor quiet boundaries, generous marketing space, and meaningful product groupings. Do not force a sidebar into the current top-navigation app. Supporting diagrams use labeled paths and outcomes; decorative routing art does not stand in for a real call flow. ## Accessibility and delivery Keep normal text at least 4.5:1 against its background, large text and essential control boundaries at least 3:1. Use visible keyboard focus, persistent labels, primary buttons and form controls at least 44px tall, compact close controls at least 24px square, and words alongside status color. Respect reduced motion. Preserve semantic headings, captions, table headers, and source labels in every format. Inspect the requested output and state unavailable rendering checks. Package validation is not visual validation; fonts alone do not certify accessibility. Only deliver/deploy in the user's requested scope. ## Individual resources All resource links are absolute, so this skill can be supplied as a single file. Download only needed assets. In a local toolkit checkout, assets live under `brand/` at the root.
